With architecture inspired by fairy tales, our cottage, powered by a photovoltaic system, is located on the heights of Ensenada, on the flanks of the volcano Calbuco. We offer tourists and travelers a high quality accommodation where everything is made by hand.
It is a place of relaxation, of contemplation, far from the consumer society. It is also the ideal place to revisit your priorities in order to experience, for a given time, what is "going back to basics"
Housing
The chalet has a living room with its half-moon sofa and extraordinary views of the volcano Calbuco, a fully equipped kitchen and large windows overlooking the Osorno volcano. A terrace is located on the first floor and the chalet is heated thanks to its wood stove.

Other remarks
Through the following rules put in place, we only want to make people aware of the importance of self-management of their consumption, in order to avoid the overuse of energies such as electricity, wood and water.
The use of the Scandinavian bath is included in the price of the rental, for one session, as part of a minimum stay of three nights. The following sessions are extra. If you stay for one night or two nights, use of the Scandinavian bath is extra.
The price of an additional session is 17000 CLP (21 €).
If you wish to use it, we must be warned at least one day before your arrival in order to have time to heat the water (6 / 7h are necessary to have a good temperature).
Will be given a certain amount, sufficient, of wood a day, for the stove of the cottage. It is based on our own experience.
The electricity of the chalet is provided by a photovoltaic system (solar panels). It is largely sufficient for standard daily consumption (lights, fridge, phone charging, tablet and computer, vacuum cleaner). Items considered to be large consumers of electricity (> 1000 W) such as electric kettle, hair dryer, iron straightener, iron, etc ... are prohibited.
Following the eruption of Calbuco volcano in April 2015, the region was found under 50 cm of volcanic rock fell from the sky. So we are in a process of recovery of the plant layer through different methods.
The water comes from a spring, higher up in the valley. It is clean for consumption and sanitation is done through a phyto-purification system, totally natural and ecological filter.
