We acquired Serra Verde in 2010 with the dream of transforming it into an eco-lodge that would benefit both the environment and the local community. Payment and Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy Considering the start of other packages and daily rates, the amount paid will be refunded as follows: Up to 30 days before check-in, the refund will be in full, without administrative fees. Up to 29 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will not be refunded. Up to 7 days before check-in, 100% of the rate will be charged. Cancellation may be made up to 7 days after purchase, with a 100% refund of the amount paid. Please note that we do not control the weather and that rain is not accepted as a valid reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
