I did all the renovation myself using ecological materials.
Close to the European area and 20min away from the touristic center. Bus and tramway accessible at 20 meters.
All equiped with full kitchen, wifi, washing machine, sheets and towels. Mostly eco friendly materials.

I save you cleaning expenses so, before you leave, you must clean the flat, remove the bed sheets and towels and put it in the laundry basket.
This is the place where I live most of the time, so there is my personnal stuff stored discretly in drawers.
This is not a hotel or a rent-only flat, so don't expect a perfectly clean and immaculate place.
This flat is full of life, plants and decoration.
According to the last GIEC/IPCC report we should keep the house temperature at 19° C during the day and 17° C during the night to preserve the planet, so you can adjust the thermostat at maximum 20°.
