"LUX" will offer quality morning coffee, refreshing cold drinks, various types of beer and alcoholic beverages, as well as a variety of educational and business events.
"LUX" will strive to impose itself as a recognizable and desirable location for rest, refreshment, and entertainment, both for residents of distant settlements, which periodically come to industrial zones as well as for numerous tourists visiting the city.
"LUX" is the only Business Bar in the region of Herzegovina by providing and promoting the services of our partners through our business community with new IT technology and marketing solutions.
Our solutions are different than others because we are researching the best feasible solutions to reach out to the potential customers for our business community.

„LUX“ will work on the speed, service, and courtesy of the bartenders and waiters. We will endeavor to build customer loyalty so that they are always happy to return, but also to spread positive impressions and recommendations to people from their environment.
„LUX" will strive to guide the policy of affordable prices, balancing between low prices that offer small local bars and high prices for the strongest competitors.
For the customers, we will try to create a perception of higher value for money. As this is a new facility in the city, in the beginning, a more aggressive promotion will be used to familiarize the market with the existence and services of "LUX"
Promotional activities will be targeted at the standard promotion channels that are used by competitors (social networks and event organizing). When we reach a number of daily clients, we will start building personal relationships with clients through active presence and communication through social networks and events.
Customers are going to their favorite bar and sometimes don˙t get a chance to have a drink because the bar doesn´t have enough free tables and after all, they will be satisfied in another bar which wasn´t their first choice. We decided to give them the opportunity to book a table before they arrive at our bar.
