When are you right with us?
If you like swimming. The Klopeiner See, the warmest lake in Austria, and the Völkermarkter Stausee, which provides wonderful cooling for you and your beloved dog, can both be reached in just a few minutes by bike or car.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation. There are many opportunities to relax on our 10,000 m² property. You can read a book in the hammock, or lie comfortably with your sweetheart in the sun lounger for 2 or simply enjoy life in the sunny island under the apple trees.
If you love the wonders of Mother Nature as much as we do: you enjoy looking out the window and seeing a deer, or you are fascinated by the beauty of a pheasant or swan.
If by regionality you also mean getting the apples, plums and cherries from our trees and harvesting the vegetables directly from our large garden. Consume these gifts with joy and gratitude, tasting the wonders and love of Mother Earth.

Just a few minutes by bike from Landhaus Nepo, we offer our dear guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the countless hours of sunshine on Lake Klopein. Each guest receives an access card to the private Merlrose lido. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available in a private cabin. Of course there are also changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This beautiful lido, built in 2021, impresses with its privacy, peace and exclusivity.
