When are you right with us?
If you like swimming. Both the Klopeiner See, Austria's warmest lake, and the Völkermarkt reservoir, which brings wonderful cooling for you and your dear dog, are both just a few minutes away by bike or car.
If you are looking for rest and relaxation. There are many ways to relax on our 10,000 m² property. You can read a book in the hammock, or lie comfortably with your sweetheart in the sun lounger for 2, or simply enjoy life on the sunny island under the apple trees.
If you love the wonders of Mother Nature as much as we do: it delights you to look out the window and see a deer, or if you are mesmerized by the beauty of a pheasant or a swan.
If you also understand regionality to mean picking the apples, plums and cherries from our trees and harvesting the vegetables directly from our large garden. Consume these gifts with joy and gratitude while tasting the wonders and love of Mother Earth.

Just a few minutes by bike from Landhaus Nepo, we offer our dear guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the countless hours of sunshine at Lake Klopeiner See. Each guest receives an admission card to the private lido at Merlrose. Sun beds and umbrellas are available there in a private cabin. Of course there are also changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This beautiful lido, built in 2021, impresses with its privacy, tranquility and exclusivity.
