Payment and Cancellation Terms
In case of unforeseen circumstances Your reservation becomes binding upon confirmation. For cancellations up to 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the booked meal and accommodation costs are due. For cancellations 30 days or less before your arrival date, 100% of the booked meal and accommodation costs are due. However, we would like to accommodate you in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, we will issue you a voucher for 50% of your total meal and accommodation costs. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Cancellation is free of charge for you should your seminar leader cancel the seminar. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. We recommend that you take out European travel insurance, just in case.
