The space

The whole apartment organic and feng-shui quality and gives a taste of southern beaches to arrive at home with nature.
It has silently built-in 3 screens, 3-pane break-/soundproof windows, wifi & manual controls over hifi/screens/... infrared-lamps, multiple-purified water, ...
(I have just installed a Sony Aqua smartphone You can use via pre-installed wifi for internet and hifi/naim).
There are 2 good matraces under the podium that can be used instead of the sofa.

In the summer-season the outdoor-sofa and hammock-like lounge gives a lot of space to let the soul relax. You can use the well-equipped kitchen along with the 2 herb-beds.

Guest access

In some cases the private bedroom of Alice/Max (18sqm) can be rented additionally (35€) and the single-bed and double futon there can be added to the regular 90sqm-studio within the 106sqm-apartment.
In extra arrangement with You we would subtract 40€ if Max or me should be there for some nights. We are eager to help You and make it a beautiful experience on this lovely space on earth.

Interaction with guests

Regularly I will be gone when You are there, but I can be reached via mobile-phone. Gabi who might also welcome You speaks also some English and will be also around and can be reached via phone.

Other things to note

Especially on some summer-weekends there is music playing or events around the house on the lakefront or partygoers in their element at night, mostly Saturday. If You close the acoustic-&breakproof windows the sound goes down.
Tuesday until 3pm there is market-day and sometomes on the weekends culinary fairs.
The other days You mostly hear the wind, the waves and the birds.

Next door is the wellknown "Wiener Cafe": There You can get food to go (home) if You want on my plates or they might bring You breakfast in the morning if You arrange it with them.

Below there is a bakery and a night-club and in the back of the big building there is a theater and a cinema.
