- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can be redeemed here on https://ecobnb.it/viaggio-regalo
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the voucher issue date and can be redeemed here on https://ecobnb.it/viaggio-regalo. The validity of the gift vouchers cannot be extended.
- Gift vouchers are valid for use by the voucher recipient only and their name must be entered during the booking process.
- The gift voucher recipient must be aged 16 years or over. Gift vouchers cannot be issued for children.
