A cycling weekend to discover the beauty of the Parma and surroundings, and the unique taste of its cuisine, during the Festival of Responsible Tourism It.a.cà, Migrants and Travelers 2o15.
Parma is the city of bicycles and the Italy’s Greatest Gastronomic Treasure (Forbes).
Two beautiful cycle routes will let us to discovery the Parma’s territory, through natural parks, forests and rivers, ancient castles and food’s museums, typical farms that preserve ancient fruits and tasting that you did not know … ready to go ?

FRIDAY MAY 22
Arrival by own means and overnight in an ecofriendly bed & breakfast of Ecobnb, welcome drink.
SATURDAY MAY 23
After an organic breakfast and zero km, free visit to the city.
In the afternoon (14:15) Bike tour to discover the Taro Natural Park and the Museum of Food: easy bike ride from Collecchio (Parma or for the most tireless) to the Court of Giarola, along Ciclovia Taro Park, with guided tours of the Museum and the Museum of Pasta Pomodoro.
SUNDAY MAY 24
After a hearty breakfast you go by train from Parma to Fidenza, and from here you can bike to discover the bike lane Stirone up to Salsomaggiore Terme, with gourmet stops and visit the Castle of Scipione.
Departure from the train station to take the Ciclovia of Stirone Park. During the cycle-walk we will visit the Castle of Scipione, you will taste the famous focaccia of Tosi, you will have lunch on the farm “Colle Rio Stirpi” and will visit the farm with its ancient fruit trees and olive trees .
