Villa Naumanni offers hospitality in a completely restored ancient farmhouse. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a common sitting room and a kitchenette.
Charm of its architectural details make it unique and unforgettable. A garden with swimming pool, a relaxation corner, a garden dedicated to meals and a panoramic breakfast room complete the poetic picture of the place.

The inspiration
The name Villa Naumanni comes from the Hawk Grillaio (scientific term Naumanni), a protected species that nests in the cavities in the walls of the farmhouse. The renovation of the farmhouse has taken care of the conservation of the found nests in every single detail and the creation of new nests with the opening of small holes inside the structure for monitoring the chicks
We host the only colony of lesser kestrels in Lazio which, from a nesting pair in 2011, we have come to host 19 pairs in 2019.
The decision to turn a traditional Italian villa into an eco-sustainable accommodation facility stems from a deep love for nature and an awareness of the impact that the tourism industry can have on the environment.
After 40 years of abandonment, the main building, a 19th century stone farmhouse, was completely restored using recycled materials (beams, trusses, wood, terracotta tiles, bricks, stone), local materials (stone, earth, timber), energy saving technologies (fixtures, wood/pellet fireplace, condensing boiler, LED lights only, motion sensors, and class A++ appliances, solar thermal system), technologies for environment (septic tank for phytoremediation, tanks for the recovery of rainwater and pits).
Villa Naumanni is equipped with a water purification system necessary to reduce the use of water in plastic bottles.
Choosing to stay in a green facility allows you to reduce the enormous impact that hotels have on the environment.
The rooms have been created on the first floor of the structure and are characterized by colorful and warm atmospheres inspired by the seasons that each one represents.
In all the rooms you will find large stone walls and roofs with exposed beams with heights up to 6m. Each room has a private bathroom with shower.

Breakfast at Villa Naumanni consists of a buffet with a selection of homemade cakes, biscuits and rusks, homemade jams, milk and cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. On request, you can have a savory breakfast with toasted bread, cold cuts, cheeses and eggs.
We can organize breakfasts suitable for vegans, lactose intolerant and celiac disease, subject to information to the structure.
B&B Villa Naumanni is located in a magical place. The rolling hills of the Mignone Valley and charming gullies surround the property. To give our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the magic of nature, we have created equipped outdoor spaces.
A first garden with relaxation islands, outdoor shower, swimming pool, outdoor bathroom and bar are available to guests in the summer season.
A second garden with two islands equipped with tables and benches for serving meals, drinking a bottle of wine with friends or simply admiring the surrounding landscape.
Parking, wi-fi, kitchenette in the common room, a small library complete the services included in the room price.
