Fattoria la Prugnola
The Agriturismo Fattoria la Prugnola is immersed in the most traditional Tuscan countryside, in the heart of a luxuriant nature between woods and cultivated fields, near the sea of the Etruscan Coast and the most beautiful tourist resorts in the area.
At the Agriturismo Fattoria La Prugnola you can choose different ways to experience nature.
For example, there are the agritourism houses and apartments, surrounded by greenery, fully equipped for those seeking maximum independence and freedom, a taste for tradition, the comfort of typicality, all in contact with nature and the sea air.
If, on the other hand, you want to try a new experience, but without sacrificing the comforts that make a holiday special, you can stay in the Agricamping, or Agri-eco-camping, as we like to call it.
You can choose the Lodge Tent, and experience a unique emotion to be told, or the Yurt, a spacious, bright and fully furnished Mongolian tent, to make everyone happy, young and old. The guests of the agri-camping have at their disposal private bathrooms, a room for washing dishes and a laundry service.
For all guests of the farmhouse Il Belvedere will be available, a common area equipped with wifi, with a covered pergola with fantastic sea views.
But regardless of your tastes, whatever your choice, you will have no problems reaching us by car, you will be close to the sea and you will have easy access to shops and supermarkets, typical restaurants and pizzerias, cities of art, spas and parks. naturalistic.
The farmhouses have all been recently renovated, maintaining and enhancing the materials and typical elements of Tuscan rural architecture (exposed beams, arches, terracotta and stones). The furnishings, which are also typical of the tradition of our region, combine comfort, practicality and aesthetic taste, contributing to the pleasantness of the stay.
The accommodations are in total 8.
There are 3 independent houses located within the central part of the farmhouse and relatively close to each other.
They are Le Tortore for 6 + 2 people, I Girasoli for 4 + 1 people and La Vinsantaia for 2 people.
Also here we have two apartments I Lecci 4 + 2 and I Colombi for 2 + 2 people.
Other 3 houses instead are more independent and inserted within the territory of the farm, but totally inserted in the green, albeit a few hundred meters from the center of the Farm. This is why we prefer to accept animals in these houses, where they are freer and cannot disturb any neighbors.
These are Gli Ulivi and I Noci for 4 + 2 people and Le Capinere for 2 + 2 people.
All the units are equipped with parking, private entrance and large private outdoor areas with gazebos or wooden pergolas with garden furniture and barbecue, to allow you to enjoy a holiday full of tranquility and nature.
In winter we rent by the month while from April 5th to November 10th the minimum stay is 7 nights, and from June to September from Saturday to Saturday.
In winter, from November to March, we rent for at least 2 months.
YURT:
Our 'Yurt Fiordaliso' is for 2 + 3 people and can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.
Inside there is a comfortable double bed with bedside tables, a sofa bed for one, two or three people, a wardrobe and chairs.
The Yurt has an electrical system, with sockets, central light with fan and bedside lights.
Outside it is equipped with a pergola with private garden table and chairs and sun loungers to lie in the sun or in the shade and a hammock.
LODGE TENT:
The Lodge Tents are 25 square meters for 4 + 1 and one of 16 square meters for 4 people with a veranda covered by an external cloth of about 10 square meters.
They are equipped with every comfort, built on a raised wooden platform that acts as a floor.
The supporting structure is in wood and the covers in mixed cotton fabric.
The walls of the Lodge Tent, in natural colors, blend well with the surrounding environment, surrounded by nature.
When the entrance curtains are open, the living room of the Lodge Tent becomes one with the large outdoor veranda, where you can relax.
Inside there is a double room with a comfortable double bed (160 × 190), and wardrobe and a double or triple room with single bed and bunk bed.
The Lodge has an electrical system, with sockets, central light with fan and bedside lights.
Outside each is equipped with a veranda furnished with table, chairs and sofas, private kitchenette equipped with utensils and crockery, refrigerator.
Gas BBQ, private garden table and chairs and loungers to lie in the sun or shade and hammock.
The Lodge has its own private bathroom, located in the other common area called I Salici.
On the day of arrival, the personal key of your bathroom is assigned together with the Lodge, equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
Also available are a common shower and an outdoor sink and a laundry room and a room for washing dishes.
There is also another common area called Il Belvedere, characterized by indoor and outdoor spaces, with a large pergola overlooking the sea, with tables, chairs and garden benches, solarium and playground for guests.
There is an indoor wooden area with a common sofa, books and television.
The agri-camping is open from May 20th to September 26th.
Normally we rent weeks from Saturday to Saturday, from September the dates are more free.
From September arrivals are free and stays can also be 4 nights.
Prices include bed linen on the day of arrival and the stay for the standard number of people.
There are additional people who vary accommodation by accommodation (additional cost from 10 to 12 € per day).
It is possible to rent towels (8 and a set of 3 towels) and request additional sheets (10 € single set, 16 € double set).

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa sull'albero, bella esperienza per chi ama il contatto con la natura!
Casetta pulita e posto molto tranquillo e rilassante: originale anche la sistemazione in tenda yurta subito a fianco per le nostre due figlie. Bagno privato in casetta distaccata a due passi. L'accoglienza e gentilezza di Barbara e Mara ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la vacanza. Siamo soddisfatti e ci ritorneremo.

Bellissimo posto e gestito ancor meglio. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima, tutto km0 e biologico. Ogni sistemazione si trova ad una adeguata distanza dalle altre in modo che ognuno possa rilassarsi. Immerso nel bosco quindi zero rumori elettronici, solo rumori naturali! Un bel mix fra comodità e natura, lo super consiglio!

Posto idilliaco, lontano dal caos e immersi nella natura. Appartamenti accoglienti e nuove tende per il glamping. A solo 15 minuti dal mare.
