Well it situated on a hill of the Pisan mountains the farmhouse La Grotta is the ideal place to relax in direct contact with nature in a classic Tuscan setting. The company consists of an area of 18 hectares planted with olive trees, vineyards and woods. It produces Chianti wine and extra virgin quality. An ideal setting to relax, or from which to explore places and historic cities like Lucca, Pisa, Florence, the Versilia, the Apuane mountains, Cinque Terre ecc.L'agriturismo is located just 2.5 km from Terme di San Julian. And 'you can bring your dog or other small pets. Characteristic of the management is an happy homely welcome that not dimenticherete.Nei months of September, October and November you can participate in the grape and olive harvests to live a really unique experience.
The company provides its own electricity needs thanks to a 6-kilowatt photovoltaic system and uses two biomass boilers for heating and domestic hot water.

io e mio marito ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma è stato molto rilassante dormire nell'agriturismo di Giulio, circondati da pace e silenzio.Ottima la cena cucinata,servita e raccontata direttamente dal proprietario.

Camera grande e pulita. Posizione si arriva per una stradina stretta ma poi si ha una vista panoramica veramente incantevole sulla citta' di Pisa. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza. Sevizio buono e molto garbato.Giulio e' una persona molto rispettosa e competente disposto al dialogo e a darti tutto il supporto che ti serve.

Un posto molto bello e un panorama bellissimo si vede Pisa con la sua torre e il mare, le montagne con tanti ulivi. La camera grande e pulita e fornita di tutto. Il proprietario gentile e accogliente fa di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio. ottimo cibo e ottimo vino. Grazie Giulio.

Camera molto confortevole e di fascino antico. Posizione di accesso non motorizzato impegnativo ma eccezionalmente panoramica. Accoglienza e servizi buoni. Cena ottima !
