Cheti villa is located 1 km from the village of Spigno Monferrato and is within a park of oak trees, fruit trees, vegetable gardens and vineyards. It has a private pool of 12x4, a bowling green, to exercise equipment, BBQ, a local bakery can be enjoyed by both slots pizza and dinners in the company.
In fact, the Villa consists of two separate accommodations of 80 square meters each: The Calendula and Wisteria. The total beds are 13.
The Calendula can accommodate 2 to 7 people, it is the closest to the pool and patio overlooking the vineyard.
The Wisteria can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 6 people, it is close to the local bakery and has a garden for outdoor dining.
The outdoor parking is free and the property.
The property is served by WI-FI.
The Spigno Monferrato Station is 2 km away and the center of Spigno where you will find all the shops, the pharmacy and the bank is 1 Km. At 25Km there are the spas of Acqui Terme and 45 Km you will find the beaches of the Riviera Ligure di Ponente.
