"VACATION HOUSE" urges you to act for the protection of the environment,
participating in our action for ZERO WASTE FUTURE
by following the standards and practices we follow in our accommodation.

"VACATION HOUSE" is a member of Ecological Recysling Society, through the action of ZERO WASTE FUTURE for HORECA companies in Greece.
We we were awarded the "GOLDEN DISTINCTION"
for our performance in waste management, energy and water conservation and sustainable procurement.
And the "GOLDEN PERFOMANCE"
for our performance in the field of waste management, for our performance in Prevention, Reuse and Recycling / Composting.

"VACATION HOUSE" provides three private accommodations: One cozy apartment and two self catering studios.
All three have a fully equiped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes.

All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Personal hygiene items are provided, such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, cream soap, soaps and toilet paper.
All apartments have flat screen TV, A / C air conditioning, ceiling fan, hair dryer, free unlimited internet access using free WiFi, both indoors and outdoors.
Each apartment has its own entrance and direct access to a private spacious terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden and the wonderful lush pine forest.
Inside the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, under the shade of lush trees

The apartment "Your own vacation house"provides one bedroom with one comfortable double bed and one singlebed, and a living room with one singlebed. A fully equiped kitchen with fridge, electrik oven, coffee machine, kettler, lunch table. It is excellent for families with children who prefer to have breakfast and lunch at home. The accomodation has its private veranda with a view to the beautifull pine forest.

If you have a car, free parking is available into our fenced private ground.

We are living next door and we always welcome and greet all our guests on check in. We are available to assist you to settle in comfortably and make your self at home. We will be ready at any time of the day or night to deal with any queries that may arise. We look forward to meeting you and constributing to your stay. We can not provide you luxury but we really intend to help you have the most joyfull vacation.

Cleaning informations:
Apartment will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
During the cleaning procedure for extra precautionary reasons, before and after every accommodation, the appartment stay available, for one day, for intensive cleaning. Meaning in more detail, the appartment stay with open windows, so the fresh air can come inside and clean the environment. All the white linen and towels, will be removed and be washed in high temparature, with approved cleaning products, and be ironed thouroghly. All the surfaces and objects in the space will be cleaned with chlorium. for example, we mention some surfaces: door knobs, light switches, remote controls, fan and lighting chain, keys, hair dryers, trash bins, water sinks, cabinet handles and knobs, oven, cofffe maker, toaster, kitchen utencils, washbasins, tap handles, shower and bath tub curtains and shower, hangers and bedside tables.....
For further disinfection of fabric surfaces such as mattresses and pillows, will be cleaned with a steam machine at 90 degrees Celsius.

In the appartment you will find soap and liquid soap for hands, hairshampoo, hair conditioner, showergel, liquid chlorium in order you to have the possibility for extra cleaning, and liquid soap and sponge for dishes. Alcoholic liquid solution, essentials, toilet paper, hand napkins and gloves will be provided as well.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided gladly on demand.

For saving energy and proper use of Natural Resources, for safety reasons as well,
please ensure all lights and air condition are switched off when leaving the apartment.

Towels, linen or furniture cannot be taken out on the beach.

As we wish you to enjoy the peacefull quiet invironment, all our guests should not to be noisy and not to speak loud from 23.00 until 09.00 and during after lunch siesta from 15.00 until 17.30.
We want you to have a pleasent and peacefull stay.
