Your apartment is very centrally located in the Berchtesgaden market at Ludwig-Ganghofer Straße 29 on the 2nd floor. You can easily reach the apartment via a slightly ascending staircase, there is no elevator in the house. The apartment has a parking space, which you can also use if you want to travel by car. The locked garage is about 80 m away from the apartment. The apartment has a total size of 96 square meters (including balcony).
- Living room (29 sqm): large dining table (1 x 2 m) with 6 chairs; Flat screen TV, satellite receiver, radio, DVD player, stereo, free WiFi, large wellness couch, coffee table, 2 wing chairs, small library with the works of Ludwig-Ganghofer, marble floor, view of the "brine pipeline path".
- Kitchen (8 sqm): kitchenette, fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop, small table, 2 chairs.
Bathroom (6 sqm): bathtub, vanity, washing machine, hair dryer, mirror toilet
- Bedroom 1 (17 sqm): double bed with 2 single mattresses 1 x 2 m, 2 illuminated bedside tables, spacious wardrobe with full-length mirror (3 m front), storage space for suitcases, storage space, marble floor, bench, exit to the balcony,
- Bedroom 2 (18 sqm): 2 single beds with 2 single mattresses 1x2 m each, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe (2.5 m front) with full-length mirror, storage space, marble floor, view of the Watzmann and the Kneifelspitze.
- Hallway / anteroom (13 sqm): cloakroom, full-length mirror, storage for hiking shoes, marble floor.
- Balcony (4 sqm): 2 balcony chairs with table, view of the brine pipeline and the Kneifelspitze.
- Shower room (3 sqm): shower cubicle, washstand, toilet, mirror .-> You can also use our bicycle cellar.
In any season and in any weather, you can spend a relaxing and interesting vacation in the Berchtesgadener Land. Even in rainy weather there are interesting excursion destinations such as the salt mine in Berchtesgaden, a visit to the royal castle or relaxing in the Watzmann thermal baths
The measures we have already implemented include the following:
- Electricity from regional providers; Lechwerke Bayern: 44% hydropower and 56% renewable energy
- We actively advise the guests of a car-free arrival with the BLB ("Glacier Express" of the Berchtesgadener Land). If guests want to travel by car, then they should park the car in a garage and receive a free ticket for the stay for public transport
- Bicycles can be rented 100 m away from the apartment, we have a bicycle cellar to store the bikes
- Only energy-saving lamps and LEDs are installed in the apartment, the newly built-in kitchen has appliances with the energy lamps A +++.
- The waste is separated 100%: paper, plastic, organic waste for composting, glass, minmsler residual waste.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. We offer a uniform price for the entire season of € 95 per night, regardless of the number of guests (max. 4 people). Minimum stay 3 days. Additional costs are the spa tax, which is paid directly to the Berchtesgaden market: Adults € 2.60, children (6 - 16 years) € 1.30, each additional per night Additional costs for final cleaning, energy, etc. are not charged. In the case of a binding booking, half of the total price is due with the booking confirmation, the second half is paid directly to our employees at the end of your stay. With the booking confirmation you will receive detailed information about the further process. You can also book for 2 nights.
