cosyTinyhouse Großburschla
The cozy tiny house is located between the Werra and the green belt (along the former GDR border) below the Heldrastein in a central yet quiet location in the center of Großburschla.
A haven of peace for those who are stressed. Trial living in the tiny house. Regional coworking space in an idyllic rural setting. Very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours, hiking tours or canoe trips. For 2-4 people.
The house is built entirely with ecological materials, oak parquet, highly efficiently insulated, and has a natural wastewater treatment system with a reed sewage treatment plant. The rainwater is collected in a 5m² cistern. The ecological footprint of travel can hardly get any smaller :-). Note: If you don't like the special features of an ecological, water-saving dry separation toilet - you shouldn't book!
There is a terrace and a spacious garden with a barbecue area.
If the sky is clear of clouds, you get a great starry sky for free.
There is a double bed 140x200cm available in the bedroom. Electromagnetic network-free sleeping area with 12V lighting.
The couch in the living room can be folded out and has a lying area of approx. 160x195 cm.
The kitchen and bathroom are also equipped for longer stays.
In the living room there is a screen and a WiFi Windows projector.
The facility is largely wheelchair accessible and has no steps. The clear door widths are > 82 cm. The ramp to the entrance has a gradient of approx. 9%.
The large terrace with garden views is directly at the house.
The whole tiny house with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (approx. 32m²). You can also use the terrace and garden with barbecue area. In the kitchen you will find dishes, induction cooker, oven, kettle, refrigerator and basic spices.
You can use WiFi guest access.
Setting up a children's tent in the garden is permitted.
A folder with regional maps, instructions on how to use the house and other information is available in the accommodation. If I am on site in the neighboring accommodation (circus wagon) during my stay, I will be happy to provide tips. If I can't be reached in case of problems, you can also call the "Hausperle" in the local neighborhood in an emergency (she knows her stuff well).
The cozyTinyhouse is located in the center of Großburschla - a district of Treffurt an der Werra on the street Bei der Schule 9 in the town center about 250m west of the Werra bridge (at the village linden tree left and then right again and 30 meters straight ahead some hidden back land between other residential buildings and gardens northwest opposite the playground on the former school grounds, now a playground. Großburschla is a historically important place in the history of the German-German transition.
If desired, I can rent a bike for €5/day (plus repairs if necessary).

No parties, drugs or events. Neighborhood-friendly evening quiet from 8 p.m. Night rest in the cozyTinyhouse from 10 p.m.
Guest pets must be kept on a leash/secured in the garden.
Any type of damage must be reported immediately, including photo documentation, and repair costs must be reimbursed.
A minimum level of cleanliness is expected. At checkout you should sweep and wash the dishes.
