The prices are as follows:
€99 per night for one person
for each additional person 22 € per night
From seven nights you get a 15% discount on the total price.
The minimum length of stay is 2 nights
The apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate 2 to 8 guests.
The holiday apartment in the Friesoythe area, district of Schlingshöhe, is approx. 100 square meters.
It is located on the upper floor in an apartment building and is approx. 1.5 km from the center of Friesoyther. Guests with disabilities are welcome to use the installed stair lift to access the apartment.
There is a nice balcony that you are welcome to use for a glass of wine or for a barbecue.
The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single box spring beds and an extra-long sofa bed (2.06 mx 1.40 m) for a maximum of 4 people. There are also two more single box spring beds in the second bedroom. Enough cupboards and storage options are available.
The upholstered suite in the living room also offers space for 2 people (extendable to 2 m x 1.60 m).
There is a desk and an office chair in the apartment for the home office day. WiFi is a matter of course. You can also use a b/w laser printer free of charge.
Further equipment includes a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and everything that a kitchen should not be without. The exact content can be found below.
The living room offers enough comfortable seating. The upholstered suite also offers a place to sleep for 2 people. TV with satellite receiver is of course available.
Living room and dining room are separated by a solid wall with a passage.
There are two bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower and a vanity. One bathroom has a toilet, the second bathroom has a urinal. A washing machine is available and should/may be used by you.
