All around the green woods, meadows and snowed\u00a0peaks. Just with the first look we\u00a0fall in love with this simple and <strong>authentic<\/strong> place. We start from the valley floor to climb slowly up to the <strong>ancient stone<\/strong> <strong>huts<\/strong> and wood.<\/p>\n<p>Everything here seems to stand still as in the past: we hear the ringing of grazing animals, the scents of the mountain, and we are\u00a0enchanted by the breathtaking views.<\/p>\n<p>Our\u00a0guide, who always lived here, explains us that the <strong>Sun Path<\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tauferer.ahrntal.com\/en\/summer\/adventureactiv\/hiking-climbing\/theme-paths\/339-sentiero-del-sole-sunnsat.html?_ga=1.265426568.683321475.1465826214\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sunnsatweg<\/a>) that develops on the sunny side of the <strong>Zillertal Alps<\/strong> between 1,000 and 1,300 meters above sea level can be followed for 30 km and 7 hours of walking (<a href=\"http:\/\/specials.ahrntal.com\/downloadcenter\/2013AhrntalerSonnenwege_Wanderkarte.pdf?_ga=1.117451980.43403234.1465565884\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here&#8217;s the map of the path that can be\u00a0discovered in several stages<\/a>), linking ancient farmsteads in wood and stone.<\/p>\n<p>Once all these huts were inhabited, and the mountain was the &#8216;house&#8217; of many people. Or go with the <strong>kids<\/strong> to meet\u00a0the farm animals and keep them entertained in original outdoor play areas while the adults enjoy a little relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>Other huts have resumed life with the breeding and production of delicious <strong>organic<\/strong> <strong>cheeses<\/strong>, thanks to <strong>young farmers<\/strong> full of talent and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>The thing that most impressed me is the care with which the 15 Alpine farmhouse\u00a0that are located on the Ahrntal\u00a0trails are preserved and kept alive, their relationship with the context, the perfect balance between tradition and contemporary life. Helmut Gro\u00dfgasteiger is\u00a0thirty years old and since 2006 he \u00a0has began\u00a0an <strong>organic production<\/strong> of goat cheeses, raising 60 German noble goats with the help of his parents.<\/p>\n<p>With the light in her eyes and the smile of someone who really loves their\u00a0job he welcomes us in <strong>Kleinstahlhof<\/strong> <strong>farm<\/strong>, telling us about the project of his life. We are at 1225m of altitude, over San Giovanni in Valle Aurina. Here once they\u00a0bred cows, then in 20o6 e 60 German noble goats arrived, with whose milk Helmut produces a unique cheese, inspired by Heidi&#8217;s story.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>white goats<\/strong> graze freely <strong>mountain<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>herbs<\/strong> and love to be cuddle\u00a0by tourists, especially by <strong>children<\/strong>! I continue to think about it crossing\u00a0this <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/itinerary\/schwarzbach-waterfall\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">easy itinerary in the countryside of the Ahrntal that leads us to the beautiful <strong>Schwarzbach<\/strong> <strong>Waterfall<\/strong><\/a> (Black River).<\/p>\n<p>A fresh water stream flows beside our feet, anticipating the arrival of the waterfall and accompanying our pace. Children can not resist the temptation to dip hands and feet in the icy <strong>water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After a few minutes a natural show\u00a0opens before us that manages to silence even the most boisterous boys.
