The contemporary lifestyle, our work, the social network, our busy days, the metropolis and every little thing of our daily lives often distances us from <strong>nature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But we are not the missed call from our boss, the likes on our last Facebook post. <strong>We are nature<\/strong>. This is the message of the <strong>video<\/strong> posted online a few days ago by the <strong>WWF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/126231016\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" frameborder=\"0\" title=\"WWF-I am Nature (English Version)\" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m not the missed call from my boss.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I\u2019m not my dozens of unread emails.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I\u2019m not my to-do list.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I am not the likes on my Facebook profile.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I\u2019m not the fast food of my lunch break.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I am\u2026<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I\u2019m the leaves falling on my shoulders.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I am the grass beneath my feet.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> The wind blowing through the trees.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I\u2019m the water flowing between the stones.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> The soil running between my fingers.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I am the choices I make.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I am nature.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A reminder of the beauty of nature, of being <strong>free<\/strong>; a reminder of how we need to regain that <strong>lost contact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/Schermata-2016-01-13-alle-16.47.37.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-8131\" src=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/Schermata-2016-01-13-alle-16.47.37-870x490.png\" alt=\"I Am Nature: new viral WWF video\" width=\"870\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/Schermata-2016-01-13-alle-16.47.37-870x490.png 870w, https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/Schermata-2016-01-13-alle-16.47.37-570x320.png 570w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In our blog we had already talked about those people who are rediscovering the importance of working in close contact with nature: such as <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2014\/01\/apennines-super-farmers-italy\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Appenines\u2019 <strong>new farmers<\/strong> committed to <strong>saving the environment<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nature can really <strong>change<\/strong> our lives. It makes us <strong>happier,<\/strong> less anxious, <strong>more healthy.<\/strong> It seems that living close to a green space reduces the perception of stress and work in nature reduces the incidence of heart disease and stroke.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>I Am Nature<\/em> campaign by WWF got it right.
