It also happens in front of Dolomites<\/strong>: you are\u00a0surprised by their beauty, like a huge natural sculpture.<\/p>\n

Can you imagine the Dolomites seen from very close, such as the microscope<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

DolomitiArtRock: rocks of Dolomites become Art<\/h2>\n

You can admire them in theDolomitiArtRock exhibition, which began last weekend in Cortina d’Ampezzo<\/strong> and continues until the end of September in Auronzo di Cadore<\/strong> (Belluno).<\/p>\n

The art works on display were designed by nature over millions of years: are dolomite rocks viewed under a microscope.<\/p>\n

The images reveal a microcosm of color contrasts and colors that look like an artistic creation<\/strong>. The author of these unpublished photographs of the Dolomite rocks is petrographer Prof. Bernardo Cesare, a professor of geosciences at the University of Padua.<\/p>\n

Looking at them you feel that art and nature are a whole hardly distinguishable. The beauty of the Dolomites, recognized world heritage site by UNESCO, is also perceived in this microscopic size, and from here we read their amazing story that began 75 million years ago.<\/p>\n

The exhibition allows you to cross the border between macro and micro cosmos – say their creators (Dolomites Project, Laura Jaurena and Mase Press) – is a journey through time, through the beauty of the mountain<\/strong> scenery<\/strong> and its minerals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can enjoy the beautiful nature of the Dolomite rocks<\/strong> in Cortina d’Ampezzo (until August 24) and then to Lavaredo (until 31 September). Do not miss this opportunity!<\/p>\n
