The apartment<\/strong>, located on the first floor, has been carefully restored to preserve its Tuscan charm, featuring rustic-style furnishings.<\/strong> Outside, a spacious garden with centuries-old trees invites relaxation, with gazebos, a solarium area, and cozy spaces for unwinding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What aspects do you consider fundamental in your eco-sustainability journey?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

“Respecting the environment and the rhythms of nature.<\/strong>” It\u2019s not just about adopting sustainable practices, but about living in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem, without disrupting its natural balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The ideal eco-traveler is someone who appreciates the natural environment as it is<\/strong>, respects the place they are visiting, and helps preserve it.” This means adapting to nature’s rhythms, understanding the importance of sustainable choices, and actively contributing to the conservation of the environment they are experiencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the most meaningful review you have received, and what made it special?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Col di Pietra has received numerous positive reviews, but one, in particular, stands out: “A natural environment where you can truly regenerate”<\/strong>. For Francesca, this review perfectly captures the essence of their project. A place where guests can relax, reconnect with nature, and find inner balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which green initiatives have given you the most satisfaction? Which have been most appreciated by your guests?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our property has chosen not to install air conditioning in the apartments, opting instead for mechanical<\/strong> fans<\/strong> to reduce energy consumption. In summer, we do not water the garden to respect the natural cycle of vegetation and avoid water waste. We also collect all rainwater in a well for reuse<\/strong>, minimizing our environmental impact. Additionally, we have eliminated single-use products, favoring reusable and sustainable alternatives. These choices, which reflect our commitment to responsible tourism, are highly appreciated by our guests, who understand their value and share our philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
