Our passion for sustainability was born from the unique and fragile beauty of Venice<\/strong>. Living in such a special city made us deeply aware of the impact tourism can have on the environment and motivated us to embark on a path of change to offer an experience that respects both the land and its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What key aspects have shaped your path toward eco-sustainability?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The key aspects have been waste reduction<\/strong> (for example, we serve \u00e0 la carte breakfasts instead of buffets to minimize waste) and the choice of eco-friendly materials<\/strong> (we have eliminated plastic bottles and cups in the rooms, using refillable dispensers to reduce single-use plastic). Additionally, we collaborate with local suppliers<\/strong> to reduce our carbon footprint<\/strong>\u2014for instance, by sourcing coffee from a historic Venetian roastery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been the most meaningful review you\u2019ve received, and what made it special?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One review that particularly touched us came from a couple who called us \u201can eco-friendly refuge in the heart of Venice<\/em>.\u201d They appreciated the attention to detail (such as using glassware and offering \u00e0 la carte breakfasts) and the welcoming atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests greatly appreciate the quality and effort.
