Loving the environment has always been part of our lives. I moved here in 2007, leaving the city with my family, and we learned to appreciate the land and its natural rhythms<\/strong>. This love led to our organic farm<\/strong> and a hospitality style that reflects our commitment to sustainability.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the key elements in your eco-sustainability journey?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of Mille Mandorli\u2019s pillars of sustainability is our focus on breakfast<\/strong>. We never use products from intensive farming or large distributors. Instead, we select only local, organic ingredients<\/strong>. This choice supports the local economy<\/strong> while minimizing the environmental impact of transportation and large-scale production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who is Your Ideal \u201cEco-Traveler\u201d Guest?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My ideal guest is someone who conserves water and electricity and chooses thoughtfully. Mille Mandorli encourages mindful resource use<\/strong>, so we especially appreciate guests who share these values<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been your most memorable review, and why was it so special?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our most cherished review came from a nine-year-old<\/strong>, who, with simplicity and sincerity, recognized the deep love for nature<\/strong> that permeates Mille Mandorli. He said we were an example for many, which touched our hearts deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you believe \u201cEco-friendly\u201d can also mean \u201cAffordable\u201d?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability doesn\u2019t have to be costly. In Noto, for example, there are several eco-conscious accommodations that are affordably priced. Charging more in the name of ecology often seems like speculation, which makes me question the sincerity of their commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which Green Initiatives Have Brought You the Most Satisfaction?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of our greatest satisfactions comes from our \u2018cruelty-free\u2019 breakfasts, which don\u2019t include animal products from factory farms. Every year, I manage to convert 4\u20135 people from cow\u2019s milk to plant-based alternatives. Seeing our guests discover the lightness of plant-based milk is more rewarding than any other achievement\u2014no amount of money could make me happier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do Ecobnb\u2019s values align with those of your establishment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability, organic cleaning products, an almost entirely vegan breakfast, and fresh eggs from our happy, free-range hens are some of the ways our values resonate with Ecobnb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
