It\u2019s increasing in popularity across Europe, the USA and even Australia.<br \/>\nThe ski poles are actually poles made of carbon and glass fiber and they help with the movement of the upper part of the body while aiding posture.<br \/>\nOnce you become familiar with the correct way of walking, with a straight back and the coordinated movement of your legs and arms, you are ready to set off on your walk.<br \/>\nPracticing Nordic walking is an easy way to exercise the whole body:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it helps your aerobic training as the different pace level trains the heart;<\/li>\n<li>it tones your legs and arms \u2013 if you envied Michelle Obama and her toned arms at the Presidential ball, this is the ideal exercise for you;<\/li>\n<li>it strengthens abdominal muscles;<\/li>\n<li>it stretches and opens the upper part of your shoulders that are forced into an unnatural position while sitting at a desk all day;<\/li>\n<li>and even more importantly, it burns 50-70% more calories compared to regular walking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you wondering where you can find Nordic walking tracks? will always be remembered as one of the most tragically famous places of the <strong>First World War<\/strong>.<br \/>\nMany tracks pass by some of the infamous trenches that are still visible on the
