Who will work on them? What will the sculptors create? Will visitors be allowed to nibble on fragments of the blocks while the chocoartists are at work? It\u2019s a mystery.<br \/>\nWednesday 22nd has a special focus on the chocolate production line: c<strong>an chocolate production be eco-friendly<\/strong> and completely sustainable? For the brave ones, the chocolate school is located in Piazza Galvani where certified maitre patissiers will be presenting an introduction to the art of cocoa.
