How did Ritorno Alla Natura began?<\/h3>\n

Ritorno Alla Natura is a call<\/strong> we cannot fail to answer. We cannot avoid the call of nature. You need to take a step back<\/strong> and realize that we need nature more than what we could always think of.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nowadays answers are too fast.<\/strong> Truly withing a few minutes. We have the habit to move from one side of the world to the other in a matter of hours<\/strong>. It is not about traveling, but a speed race! Emotions display themselves slowly<\/strong>, in the charm of pathless places. On a gentle hill, surrounded by nature right beside the seaside<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"countryside<\/em><\/p>\n

Our farmhouse rises right here. As well as it has a modern character, it is brought to life by a sustainable philosophy<\/strong> and by a strong desire to offer wholesome food<\/strong>. Equally, we take care of our organic garden<\/strong>, exactly as we would do with our bodies.<\/em><\/p>\n

What good practices have you adopted to be green?<\/h3>\n

We adopted so many good practices<\/strong> respectful of the environment.<\/em> In detail, some of them concern the structure.<\/strong> Firstly, our 24 solar panels and the rainwater collection in two pits. We use it for the toilet flush. Secondly, we have an ecological active-sludge purifier<\/strong> for the wastewaters.\u00a0Other green aspects, instead, can be felt tangibly by our guests.<\/em> Notably, an instance can be our soaps<\/strong> BIO and Ecolabel certified<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The most bizarre<\/strong> practice?<\/em>
\nIn place of straws, we use a kind of long pasta called \u201cziti\u201d<\/strong>. After the usage, we throw it in our compost bin<\/strong>. Our guests usually take some sips before they amaze them. \u201cIt\u2019s pasta!\u201d they say. They welcome this small idea with great enthusiasm<\/strong>!<\/em><\/p>\n

The most extreme<\/strong>?<\/em>
\nWe are so much into respect for the environment that we have gone for battery-powered trimmer and chainsaw<\/strong>.<\/em> They are silent, with no need for oils, long-lasting. The battery charges during the day, thanks to the energy of solar panels.\"italian<\/strong><\/p>\n

What do your guests appreciate the most?<\/h3>\n

The state-of-the-art structure<\/strong>. After all, who said that a farmhouse cannot be modern?<\/em>
\nWell, our structure is new, made of steel, energy efficiency class A+.<\/strong> The d\u00e9cor and furniture are contemporary and minimal. Very far from the stereotype of rustic and rather dark farmhouses.<\/em>
\nThey love the wide windows<\/strong> aimed to enhance the daylight and splendid landscape of the surroundings. Moreover, every room is equipped with a glass door<\/strong> that allows going into the private garden.<\/em><\/p>\n

Which vegan specialties can be tasted in your farmhouse?<\/h3>\n

We offer exclusively vegetarian and vegan cuisine.<\/strong> Specifically, all sweets we prepare are vegan, both for breakfast and dinner. Our guests do not book only the staying, they also get a healthy breakfast. We care so much about genuine nutrition<\/strong> that we created a special menu. Mainly for the most important meal of the day \u2013 breakfast.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

How did you decide to deal with the reopening after Covid-19?<\/h3>\n

We have adopted careful sanitization processes<\/strong> for your staying during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. It is in our guests\u2019 interest to have a safe and sound stay.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

  • Firstly, we sanitize every surface with rubbing alcohol<\/strong>.<\/em> Included handles, keys, keychain, remote controls, and switches. Everything<\/strong>!<\/li>\n
  • Secondly, pillows, mattresses, and textiles have gone at with the steam hose<\/strong>.<\/em> It was proven that the virus does not survive to 60degrees. Therefore, we wash the laundry at more than 60 degrees.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • In other respects, we ask our guests to use face masks<\/strong> in common areas<\/strong> and whenever they deal with the staff.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • It is gently required to maintain the distance of one meter<\/strong> with the staff and eventual other guests.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • You can buy surgical masks<\/strong> directly in our farmhouse. Disposable gloves<\/strong> can be requested to the reception, besides that hand sanitizer<\/strong> is always available.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Our dining room allows the correct distancing of the tables.<\/strong> We are going to exploit our outside patio,<\/strong> for further safety due to the open space.\u00a0<\/em>Safety first.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
