On the 13th of November they indeed published an article about Green and <strong>Eco-friendly destinations in Italy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The article shows that one out of four Italians try to reduce his\/her\u00a0 <strong>negative impact<\/strong> on the environment. The region with the most extended area of forest in Italy, it&#8217;s indeed very pupular among tourists, who love <strong>Lake Garda<\/strong> as well.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milan<\/strong>. Here, environmental sustainability is ganing greater importance. Moreover there are <strong>Green districts<\/strong>, charging stations for <strong>electric vehicles<\/strong> and <strong>Bike-Sharing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Piedmont<\/strong>. This is an <strong>environmentally conscious<\/strong> region, where you can also find slow destinations avoinding mass tourism.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuscany.\u00a0<\/strong>Legambiente awarded Tuscany for the developing <strong>eco-tourism<\/strong>, especially in Maremma Park and Elba Island.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Umbria<\/strong>. It is the <strong>Green Lung of Italy<\/strong> and this area is promoting a project of electric mobility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abruzzo<\/strong>. The region boasts the greatest <strong>natural area<\/strong> in Europe, because there are many protected natural parks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apulia\u00a0<\/strong>and all its <strong>marine protected areas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sicily<\/strong> and <strong>Sardinia\u00a0<\/strong>are both <strong>heavenly destinations<\/strong>.
