So it happens that half of the holidays are spent on moving around with the car or whatever. Everyone know that all this trips during holidays are so <strong>stressful<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slow tourism<\/strong> has a totally different perspective. The main thing is how to <strong>set out on the path<\/strong> and not just the destination. Now slow travelers can find <strong>dedicated paths, far from the main roads, between enchanted nature <\/strong>and<strong> incredible cultural attractions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Slow tourism is good for everyone<\/h2>\n<p>Here in Ecobnb we care a lot about slow tourism, because<a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2016\/10\/economic-benefits-sustainable-tourism\/\" target=\"_blank\"> it&#8217;s good for the <strong>environment<\/strong><\/a> of course. But it can be <strong>much more than this!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How easy is it that fairy-tale landscapes and cultural heritage are <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2018\/09\/cities-overtourism\/\" target=\"_blank\">spoiled by mass tourism<\/a>? Just think about <strong>isolated villages<\/strong>, often local population have to leave because it&#8217;s too difficult to find a job.\u00a0All this\u00a0places, with all their traditions usually\u00a0hide an enormous <strong>cultural heritage<\/strong> which is lost forever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slow paths<\/strong> can reach this places enhancing cultural identity and giving travelers unique experiences. There&#8217;s no need for big roads, nor big hotels with panoramic view. Tourists can reach this places <strong>by foot or by bike<\/strong> and get a full immersion with local culture.<br \/>\nSlow tourism brings <strong>welfare<\/strong> without damage to the environment and to the cultural identity. It will certainly be tiring physically, but it&#8217;s a <strong>fulfilling fatigue<\/strong>. It&#8217;s not the same fatigue as a 6 hours car trip. Moreover, we&#8217;re not talking about walking in your town park. Now the Italian <strong>Ministry of Cultural Heritage<\/strong>, has put a <strong>series of standards<\/strong> to be met, such as info points and security. All the paths that respect this standards can be included into the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2017\/12\/paths-italy-atlas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Atlas of SlowTourism<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismo.politicheagricole.it\/en\/home-cammini-ditalia\/\" target=\"_blank\">here the official website<\/a>) a digital map with all the paths and the related info.<\/p>\n<p>As of today there&#8217;s a total of <strong>40 great paths\u00a0<\/strong>into the map\u00a0that respesct all the standards and other will be added thanks to the investments from the government.<br \/>\nThere are so many that it&#8217;s too difficult to sum them up here.
