Ecobnb has grown thanks to the eco-hosts investing in sustainability. But also thanks to the tons of <strong>responsible travellers<\/strong> and to the enthusiasm of many partners and fellows. Let&#8217;s celebrate 4 years of progress towards sustainability, new initiatives and projects, satisfactions and successes. What has happened in the last 12 months? Which progress, success, challenges, landmarks have we had? Celebrating our birthday make us, as Ecobnb, stop over to consider the job done up to now and plan the next steps. Seems like yesterday that we were celebrating the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/happy-birthday-ecobnb\/\" target=\"_blank\">first year of Ecobnb<\/a>. Then the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/annual-report\/\" target=\"_blank\">second<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2018\/03\/3-years-ecobnb-2017-numbers\/\" target=\"_blank\">third<\/a>. The users of the platform are\u00a0<strong>doubled in one year<\/strong>. We&#8217;ve engaged\u00a0<strong>new <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/partners\/\" target=\"_blank\">partners<\/a><\/strong>, among which <a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/blog\/2019\/03\/imtrex-travel-immersive-experiences\/\" target=\"_blank\">Imtrex Travel<\/a>. We&#8217;ve started new collaborations with two important destinations in Trentino: the\u00a0<strong><em>Adamello Brenta<\/em> Natural Park\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<em><strong>Alpe Cimbra<\/strong><\/em>. We&#8217;ve touched many Italian regions, from Basilicata to Cilento, from Piedmont to Tuscany, from Trentino to Emilia Romagna.<\/p>\n<p>The figures about the platforms are doubles in respect to the previous year. More users, visited webpages (more than\u00a0<strong>4mn pages in 12 months<\/strong>), number of bookings both via web and mobile.<\/p>\n<p>So we are proud to say that we&#8217;ve contributed to reduce by more than 24 thousand kg the\u00a0<strong>carbon dioxide emissions<\/strong>. We&#8217;ve asked Simone Riccardi, Ecobnb&#8217;s CEO:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Increasingly promoting sustainable mobility. Spreading among the Ecobnb accommodations the <strong>electrical car recharge stations<\/strong>. To get there, we&#8217;re planning some specific workshops in partnership with Alpine Pearls and <strong>eMOTICON<\/strong>. This year we&#8217;ve also worked a lot on the efficiency of the online booking system.
