Many of the trees that inhabit the forest, mostly oaks, lindens beech and chestnut trees, exceed one meter in diameter and can reach 25 meters in height. In spring the undergrowth is colored, with white and yellow flowers.<\/p>\n<h2>How to get to the Sasseto\u00a0forest<\/h2>\n<p>This place so wonderful can be reached\u00a0from <strong>Torre Alfina Castle<\/strong>. Just below the castle there&#8217;s indeed\u00a0a small path that runs alongside a chicken coop, through it you can reach the forest without any difficulty. But it is not so easy reach the hamlet of <strong>Acquapendente<\/strong> by public transport, but you can make it through, for example, the <strong>buses<\/strong> that depart from <strong>Rome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to stay<\/h2>\n<p>Right\u00a0in Torre Alfina, there&#8217;s<a href=\"https:\/\/ecobnb.com\/IT-provincia-di-viterbo\/farm-house\/agriturismo-pulicaro\/lvxGz\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0<strong>Pulicaro<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> surrounded\u00a0by the hills of Tuscia.
