Walking barefoot it&#8217;s like a reflexology massage<\/h2>\n<p>We are accustomed to wearing shoes, renouncing our tactile sensitivity. But if we do not perceive correctly the quality of the soil, our walk is affected: the feet do not take the natural position, the arch does not develop properly. Walking barefoot allows us to stimulate all muscles of the foot, the effective distribution of the loads.<\/p>\n<h2>2. No more\u00a0swelling<\/h2>\n<p>Walking barefoot reactivates blood circulation and venous return, thus reducing swelling and heaviness of the legs.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
