Ecobnb provides an online platform that connects owners of eco-friendly accommodations or environmentally responsible homes who wish to rent them (hereinafter referred to as \u201cServices<\/strong>\u201d) with people interested in traveling responsibly.<\/p>\n The Services offered by Ecobnb are accessible on www.ecobnb.it (also referred to as the \u201cWebsite<\/strong>\u201d) and via mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cApp<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n By using the Website or the App, you agree to the terms and conditions of the service (also referred to as the \u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d), regardless of whether or not you are a registered user of the site.\u00a0These Terms govern access to and use of the Website, the App, and the Services.<\/p>\n By accessing the Website, visiting it, using it and\/or using any of the Apps available through any platform, and\/or making a Booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions set forth below (including the Privacy<\/a> and Cookie Policy<\/a>).<\/p>\n If you do not agree with these Terms, you will have no right to obtain information or continue to use the Website, the App, or the Services. Failure to comply with these Terms in using the Website or the App may result in civil and criminal penalties.<\/p>\n These pages, their content, their structure, and the online Booking service for accommodations provided through the Website are owned by Ecobnb s.r.l. (also referred to as “Ecobnb”, “we”, \u201cus\u201d, “our” or “ours”), managed and offered by it, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, governed by the terms and conditions described below.<\/p>\n \u201cTraveler<\/strong>\u201d refers to a user who requests a Booking of a stay at an Accommodation through the Website, the App, or the Services.<\/p>\n \u201cAccommodation<\/strong>\u201d refers to the owner of an eco-friendly accommodation (e.g., hotel, agriturismo, bed and breakfast, hostel, vacation home, campsite, refuge, private apartment, or other lodging that meets the characteristics indicated in the \u201cSustainability\u201d section).<\/p>\n \u201cListing<\/strong>\u201d refers to an eco-friendly hospitality offering, a green initiative, or a special offer posted by an Accommodation via the Website, the App, and the Services.<\/p>\n \u201cMember<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0 refers to a person who completes the Ecobnb account registration process, including, among others, Accommodations and Travelers, as described in the \u201cAccount Registration\u201d section.<\/p>\n \u201cContent<\/strong>\u201d refers to text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other material.<\/p>\n \u201cConversation<\/strong>\u201d refers to the collection of messages exchanged between Travelers and Accommodations through the Ecobnb platform (e.g., availability requests, availability confirmation, booking confirmation, conversation requests, questions, answers, or other messages).<\/p>\n \u201cAutomatic Online Payment<\/strong>\u201d refers to Ecobnb’s secure service via Stripe Checkout<\/a>, which automatically transfers payments for stays or experiences paid by travelers with gift cards, night coupons, or other vouchers usable on the Ecobnb platform to the accommodations.<\/p>\n \u201cTax<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cTaxes<\/strong>\u201d refer to any sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), temporary rental tax, tourist or other visitor-related taxes, accommodation taxes, or other similar indirect municipal, state, federal, or national taxes or any other withholding or personal or corporate income tax that Accommodations may be required by law to collect and remit to the relevant public authorities.<\/p>\n Through this website, Ecobnb provides an online platform that allows all eco-friendly Accommodations<\/strong> (e.g., bio hotels, organic agriturismos, eco-friendly bed and breakfasts, eco hostels, environmentally responsible vacation homes, campsites, or private eco-apartments), hereinafter referred to as “Accommodations”, to promote their hospitality<\/strong> to travelers interested in sustainable tourism (hereinafter \u201ctravelers\u201d) and receive direct inquiries and bookings.<\/p>\n By booking through our website, the traveler establishes a direct contractual relationship (legally binding) with the accommodation where the booking was made. From the moment the booking is confirmed, Ecobnb connects the traveler directly with the accommodation, sending the accommodation the booking details, including the traveler\u2019s contact information, and sending the traveler a confirmation email with the accommodation\u2019s contact details.<\/p>\n In providing our services, we share the data provided by Accommodations. Each accommodation has access to its dedicated page on Ecobnb, which it can modify and update independently. The Accommodations are fully responsible for updating rates, availability, and all information displayed on our website<\/strong><\/strong>. In some cases, the Website may also display public data of accommodations reported by Travelers for their environmental quality.<\/p>\n While we provide our service diligently, we cannot verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of the information and cannot be held responsible for any errors (including obvious typos), service interruptions (whether due to temporary and\/or partial failure, repair, upgrade, or website maintenance), inaccurate, misleading, or false information, or failure to deliver it.<\/p>\n To publish a Listing on\u00a0Ecobnb, Accommodations must meet at least 5 of the following 10 environmental sustainability criteria:<\/p>\n Accommodations that meet at least 5 of the 10 environmental characteristics above can publish their Listings on Ecobnb and promote them through our Service. Accommodation Providers, Travelers and all Members of the Ecobnb community commit to contributing to a welcoming, safe, respectful and inclusive environment.<\/p>\n Ecobnb promotes an ethical, sustainable and responsible tourism model, based on respect for human dignity, local communities and the environment.<\/p>\n By using the platform, each Member declares their commitment to:<\/p>\n Ecobnb believes in the values of ethical tourism, peace, intercultural dialogue, and respect for our shared humanity and universal human rights.<\/p>\n Ecobnb reserves the right to suspend or remove, even without prior notice, Accounts, Listings, content or Members who violate these principles or who may harm the community, the reputation of the platform, or the values promoted by Ecobnb.<\/p>\n In order to access certain features of the Website and the App, as well as to create a Listing (such as creating and managing the page dedicated to your accommodation, publishing green initiatives, and special offers), it is necessary to register\u00a0on the\u00a0Website via the\u00a0page https:\/\/ecobnb.it\/register, create an account (\u201cEcobnb Account<\/strong>\u201d), and become a member of the community.<\/p>\n Both Travelers and Accommodations can register their account and become members of Ecobnb.<\/p>\n During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and update it to keep it accurate, complete, and current. Ecobnb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Ecobnb Account and access to the Website, the App, and the Services if any information provided during the registration process or subsequently is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.<\/p>\n You are responsible for safeguarding your password, and you agree not to disclose it to any third party and accept sole responsibility for any activity or action associated with your Ecobnb Account, whether or not you have authorized such activity or action. In case of any unauthorized use of your Ecobnb Account, you must notify Ecobnb immediately.<\/p>\n The Owner of an Accommodation who meets at least 5 of the 10 requirements listed in the “Sustainability” section is entitled to publish Listings on Ecobnb, namely by creating a dedicated page for their accommodation and additional pages for their green initiatives or special offers.<\/p>\n To create the Listing for their accommodation, the Accommodation Owner must access https:\/\/ecobnb.it\/register\/membership<\/a>, select the type of membership<\/strong> or agreement to be entered into with Ecobnb, and complete a series of questions relating to the accommodation. The information requested includes, by way of example, the location, services offered, sustainability features, availability, prices, and any other information necessary for the publication of the Listing.<\/p>\n It is not permitted to publish images containing telephone numbers, email addresses or other direct contact details.<\/p>\n The Accommodation may choose one of the following ways to collaborate with Ecobnb and publish its Listings:<\/strong><\/p>\n (a) free publication of the Listing with a “BASIC<\/strong>” membership, recognizing Ecobnb a commission equal to 10% of the value of Bookings received through the Website or the Application. The commission is calculated on the total value of the Booking as communicated by the Accommodation. The Accommodation undertakes to pay such commission after the Guest’s stay, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;<\/p>\n (b) payment of an annual “PRO<\/strong>” membership (\u20ac12.50 per month, or \u20ac150 per year plus VAT), providing greater visibility for the Listing on the Website and no commission on Bookings received. The membership fee must be paid before the Listing is published;<\/p>\n (c) payment of an annual “PLUS<\/strong>” membership (\u20ac29.00 per month, or \u20ac348 per year plus VAT), providing maximum visibility for the Listing on the Website (visibility on the blog, social media and homepage), no commission on Bookings received and additional marketing services. The membership fee must be paid before the Listing is published.<\/p>\n If the Accommodation does not subscribe to an annual PRO or PLUS membership, or if a PRO or PLUS membership expires without being renewed, the collaboration with Ecobnb will automatically continue under the<\/strong> BASIC membership<\/strong>. In such case, the Accommodation shall be required to pay a 10% commission on Bookings received through the Service, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n To collaborate with Ecobnb, the Accommodation may be required to register a valid payment method<\/strong> managed through Stripe (for example, a credit card or bank debit), which may be used exclusively for the payment of membership fees, commissions or any other amounts due to Ecobnb, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n The Accommodation undertakes to pay all commissions due to Ecobnb within thirty (30) days from the date the payment request is issued.<\/p>\n If a commission is not paid by the due date, Ecobnb will send one or more payment reminders to the email address associated with the Accommodation’s Account.<\/p>\n If the Accommodation has registered a valid payment method through Stripe, Ecobnb may charge the outstanding commissions using such payment method, after notifying the Accommodation.<\/p>\n If no valid payment method has been registered, or if the automatic charge is unsuccessful, Ecobnb will send up to three (3) payment reminders.<\/p>\n If payment is still not received after the third reminder, Ecobnb may temporarily suspend the visibility of the Listing in search results, disable the possibility of receiving new enquiries and Bookings through the platform, and limit certain functionalities until all outstanding amounts have been paid, without the Accommodation being entitled to claim any refund, compensation or damages. The Listing may remain published on the platform but will not be visible to Travellers in search results nor available for booking. Once the outstanding amounts have been settled, Ecobnb may restore the Listing’s full visibility and functionality.<\/p>\n Nothing in this provision shall prejudice Ecobnb’s right to take any further action permitted by applicable law to recover outstanding amounts.<\/p>\n The Listing may only be published once all the required information has been provided.<\/p>\n The Accommodation Owner may modify and update the Listing by accessing the Website through their personal Account. The Owner may also create new Listings dedicated to green initiatives and special offers by entering the information requested on the relevant page, such as the description, images, prices, start and end dates of the special offer, etc. Once all the required information has been entered, the special offer Listing may be published.<\/p>\n Each Accommodation listed on Ecobnb acknowledges and accepts that it is solely responsible for the Content published in its Listings.<\/p>\n For Accommodations located in countries where a licence is required to operate a hospitality business, Ecobnb will make the Listing visible in Travellers’ search results and allow Travellers to contact or request a booking only if the Listing includes the required licence number (for example, the CIR and CIN codes in Italy). Listings that do not include the required “Licence Number” field, and that are located in countries where such licence is legally required, will not be visible in Travellers’ search results on Ecobnb and may not be contacted or booked by Travellers.<\/span><\/p>\n Ecobnb disclaims any responsibility regarding the accuracy of the licence number entered and published in the Listing, as the Accommodation is solely responsible for its correctness. Accordingly, responsibility for the accuracy of the licence number, such as the CIN code, published on Ecobnb rests entirely with the Accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n Accordingly, each Accommodation listed on Ecobnb represents and warrants that the Listings it publishes and the information provided through the Listing page and the messaging system used to communicate with Travellers do not violate any agreement entered into with any third party, comply with all applicable laws, tax requirements, rules and regulations (including obtaining all necessary permits, licences and registrations), and do not infringe the rights of any third party. Ecobnb assumes no responsibility for compliance with any agreement or obligation towards third parties, or with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Ecobnb reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove and disable access to any Listing for any reason whatsoever.<\/p>\n Each Accommodation listed on Ecobnb is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information (including sustainability features and prices) displayed in its Listings and provided to Travellers through the messaging system.<\/p>\n Each Accommodation is required to update the prices and information displayed on its page, including images and sustainability requirements, at least once every twelve (12) months, in order to ensure that Guests and Travellers receive accurate and up-to-date information.<\/span><\/p>\n The publication and maintenance of Listings on the platform are subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including the timely payment of commissions due to Ecobnb, as well as compliance with the ethical principles and non-discrimination provisions set out in the relevant section.<\/p>\n Our Website is not intended, and should not be regarded, as recommending or endorsing any accommodation listed on it in terms of quality, level of service, classification or ecological rating represented by leaves.<\/p>\n Our Services are made available solely for personal and non-commercial use. Accordingly, it is not permitted to resell, use, copy, deep-link, monitor (for example by using spiders, scrapers or other automated tools), display, download or reproduce any content, information, software, product or service available on our Website for any commercial or competitive purpose.<\/p>\n The Website, the Application and the Services are intended to facilitate interaction between sustainable Accommodations and Travellers, and the booking of stays directly between them. Ecobnb does not and cannot control the content included in Listings, nor the condition, legality or suitability of any accommodation offered for rent. Ecobnb is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability in relation to, the Listings and the accommodations offered for rent.<\/p>\n Ecobnb respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy<\/a> and Cookie Policy<\/a><\/strong> for more information.<\/p>\n The rates<\/strong> indicated by the Accommodations through the website or messaging system are intended for the entire stay and include VAT and all other taxes (subject to currency exchange), unless otherwise specified on the website or\u00a0in the conversation or confirmation messages from the Accommodation. Obvious errors are not binding, including typographical errors.<\/p>\n When the Accommodation receives a booking request from a Traveler, it can respond<\/strong> through the online messaging system in 4 different ways:<\/p>\n Each time the Accommodation accepts the request<\/strong> from the Traveler or makes a different offer, it must indicate the total price<\/strong> that the traveler will have to pay, including VAT, also referred to as the \u201cTotal Price<\/strong>\u201d. The tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the indicated total price.<\/strong><\/p>\n Inserting external links, phone numbers, or email addresses within conversations between travelers and accommodations is not allowed. Repeated violations of this rule may result in the temporary suspension of the Listing on Ecobnb.<\/p>\n Only after the Accommodation has accepted the booking by entering the “Total Price” can the Traveler confirm the booking by clicking the \u201cBook\u201d button.<\/p>\n At the time of the Traveler’s booking confirmation, an automatic \u201cBooking Confirmed\u201d message is sent to the Accommodation containing various information, including check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, number of nights, total price, and direct contacts (email and phone) of both the Traveler and the Accommodation.<\/p>\n In any case, the Accommodation cannot request the Traveler to pay a higher price than indicated in the booking request.<\/p>\n The Ecobnb service is free for Travelers; we will not charge any fee for the service provided to the Traveler, nor will we apply any additional costs (related to the booking) to the rate indicated by the Accommodation through the messaging system.<\/p>\n The Accommodation collaborating with Ecobnb in “BASIC” mode (i.e., without fixed costs) pays Ecobnb a commission equal to 10% of the total price after the Traveler has stayed and paid for their accommodation. The commission is also due if the booking is made via email or phone, or if the Accommodation communicates its contact details (phone or email) directly to the Traveler.<\/p>\n The Traveler pays the Total Price of the stay to the Accommodation according to the methods indicated by the Accommodation. Any additional costs, such as tourist taxes or extra services (e.g., meals), are also paid directly at the Accommodation.<\/p>\n The Traveler arranges the payment methods for the stay directly with the Accommodation<\/strong>. Some Accommodations may, for example, request a deposit via bank transfer or the use of other secure online payment methods, in accordance with the conditions set by the Accommodation.<\/p>\n Before confirming the booking, the Traveler is required to carefully verify the existence of such conditions, as reported in the rate details and\/or in the confirmation message received from the Accommodation.<\/p>\n Ecobnb assumes no responsibility regarding agreements between the Traveler and the Accommodation, nor does it intervene in resolving any disputes or issues, which must be resolved exclusively between the Parties.<\/p>\n Registered Accommodations on Ecobnb have the option to activate the quick booking<\/strong> option (\u201cInstabooking<\/strong>\u201d)<\/a>, which allows the Traveler to book immediately, without further confirmation steps from the Accommodation.<\/p>\n To activate Instabooking, the Accommodation is required to:<\/p>\n Classic booking occurs in three steps (request \u2192 confirmation by the Accommodation \u2192 confirmation by the Traveler), whereas with Instabooking, the Traveler sees the updated availability on the calendar and can proceed to instant booking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Ecobnb provides Accommodations with technical tools for managing calendars and availability. However, Ecobnb assumes no responsibility in case of:<\/p>\n The Accommodation is solely responsible for the accuracy and updating of information regarding their spaces and agrees to indemnify and hold Ecobnb harmless from any claims, demands, or legal actions by Travelers or third parties related to the use of Instabooking.<\/p>\n All Accommodations listed on the Ecobnb Platform are required, without exception, to accept payments via Gift Cards and their respective terms and conditions.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n The Ecobnb Gift Card<\/strong> is a prepaid digital payment instrument, available in various denominations (for example, \u20ac20, \u20ac50, \u20ac200), which Travelers can use to pay, in full or in part, for bookings made through the Platform.<\/p>\n When a Gift Card is used, the Accommodation<\/strong> will receive, along with the booking confirmation, a written notification<\/strong> indicating the amount paid by Ecobnb on behalf of the Traveler via Gift Card and any remaining amount owed directly by the Traveler to the Accommodation.<\/p>\n Payments from Gift Cards are settled by Ecobnb to the Accommodations exclusively via the online automatic payment system<\/strong> Stripe Checkout<\/strong>, provided by Ecobnb as the only authorized channel for disbursing such amounts. Accommodations acknowledge and agree that using the Stripe Checkout system is a necessary condition for receiving payments from Gift Cards.<\/p>\n For further details regarding the use of Ecobnb Gift Cards, Travelers are invited to consult the dedicated page: https:\/\/ecobnb.it\/blog\/termini-condizioni-gift-card-acquisto\/<\/strong><\/p>\n Ecobnb offers registered Travelers the Reconnect loyalty program, designed to reward eco-friendly stays and green actions performed on the platform<\/strong>. Accumulated points can be converted into Gift Cards, which can only be used for bookings on Ecobnb.<\/p>\n Participation<\/strong> Points accumulation<\/strong><\/p>\n Travelers can accumulate Reconnect points through:<\/p>\n The maximum number of points that can be accumulated per booking is 1,500.<\/p>\n Redeeming rewards<\/strong> Validity of points<\/strong> Cancellations and Changes<\/strong> Limitations of Liability<\/strong> Ecobnb does not manage cancellation policies<\/strong>, which will instead be handled directly by the Accommodation and communicated to the Traveler via message, email, phone, or other channels. By confirming the booking, the traveler accepts the cancellation terms set by the accommodation, even if not directly indicated in the communication. Ecobnb will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for resolving disputes between Travelers and Accommodations regarding the application of the cancellation terms.<\/p>\n If the accommodation has not specified cancellation terms, the refund period for the total amount will be considered up to 10 days before the check-in date. After these 10 days (9 days, 8 days, etc.), the total booking amount is lost, including any gift cards, which will remain marked as expenses.<\/p>\n In the cancellation policy, the start time of the trip is considered 12:00 PM (local time) at the Accommodation on the check-in date, regardless of the actual scheduled check-in time. All cancellation periods before a trip are calculated based on this time.<\/p>\n A booking is officially canceled only when the Traveler has followed all the steps outlined in the Cancellation Conversation and has received a cancellation confirmation.<\/p>\n By making a booking, the Traveler agrees to receive emails from Ecobnb regarding the booked stay, including:<\/p>\n a reminder email sent shortly before the arrival date, containing essential booking information and any destination tips;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n a post-stay email inviting the Traveler to leave a review of the Accommodation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n an informational email about the environmental impact of the stay, including the calculation of CO\u2082 kg saved and the “Reconnect<\/a>” points earned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Read our privacy<\/a> and cookie policies<\/a> for more information on other ways we may contact you.<\/p>\n The Traveler can leave a review of the Accommodation where they stayed by completing the online form sent via email by Ecobnb after their stay.<\/p>\n The Traveler’s review includes information about the eco-sustainability of the visited Accommodation and a rating from 1 to 5 for their experience.<\/p>\n The Traveler\u2019s review is published on the Accommodation’s page to provide future Travelers with useful information and insights about the level of eco-sustainability, quality, and services of the Accommodation.<\/p>\n At the time of review publication, the relevant Accommodation is notified via email and invited to respond with a short message to the Traveler’s review. Any response from the Accommodation is published on the same page directly below the related review.<\/p>\n Reviews may also be used by Ecobnb (in whole or in part) at its sole discretion (e.g., for marketing, promotional purposes, or to improve service), on the website, social media platforms, newsletters, etc. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n The Accommodation also has the possibility to leave a review about the Traveler they hosted by completing the online survey sent upon request after the stay.<\/p>\n Each Accommodation and Ecobnb Member agrees to receive communications from Ecobnb via email or phone regarding the management of their listing on the platform, management of communications and bookings, as well as any relevant national or international regulatory updates.<\/span><\/p>\n Some parts of the Website are the result of the EcoDots project, co-financed by the EU under the Competitiveness and Innovation program. The European Commission is not responsible for the information contained on the site or any use that may be made of it.<\/p>\n Subject to the limitations and clarifications provided in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall be liable only for direct and immediate damages actually suffered, paid, or incurred due to a failure to fulfill our obligations in providing the services. Compensation may amount up to the total cost of your Booking, as specified in the confirmation email (for a single incident or for a series of connected incidents).<\/p>\n Ecobnb shall not be held liable for (i) punitive, special, indirect, or consequential losses or damages, loss of production, profit, income, or contract, injury or damage to reputation, or loss of rights; (ii) the inadequacy of the descriptive information of the accommodation (regarding rates, availability, and ecological classification) provided on our website; (iii) the services provided or products offered by the accommodation; (iv) damages (direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive), losses, or costs incurred, paid, or suffered due to the inability to use or delay of our website, but arising from or related to its use; or (v) physical injury, death, property damage, or other types of damages (direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive), losses, or costs incurred, paid, or suffered, legal actions, errors, breaches, gross negligence, intentional mismanagement, omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, civil or strict liability for an unlawful act attributable (partially or entirely) to the accommodation whose products or services are made available, offered, or advertised directly or indirectly on or through the website, including cancellations, overbooking, strikes, force majeure, or any other events beyond our control.<\/p>\n Whether the accommodation charges the cost of the stay directly to the Traveler or the payment is handled through Stripe via the automatic system, in both cases, the Traveler acknowledges and agrees that it is always the responsibility of the accommodation to collect, retain, remit, and pay the applicable taxes to the relevant authorities, calculated based on the total room price. Ecobnb cannot be held responsible (nor liable) for the collection, retention, remittance, or payment of applicable taxes related to the cost of stays.<\/p>\n Ecobnb does not act as a booking intermediary. <\/strong>The invoice or receipt for the stay is always issued by the accommodation and delivered to the Traveler.<\/p>\n By uploading photos\/images to our system, you certify, warrant, and represent that you own the copyrights to the photos\/images and agree that Ecobnb may use the photos\/images on its website and app, in promotional materials and publications, both online and offline, in any manner Ecobnb deems appropriate. You grant Ecobnb a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional, and perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, display, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, communicate, and make the photos\/images available in any way Ecobnb deems appropriate. The person uploading the photos\/images assumes full legal and moral responsibility for any claims made by third parties (including, but not limited to, accommodations) resulting from the publication and use of the photos\/images by Ecobnb. Ecobnb does not own or endorse the uploaded photos\/images. The accuracy, validity, and right to use all photos\/images are guaranteed by the person uploading them and are not the responsibility of Ecobnb. Ecobnb disclaims any liability arising from published photos\/images. \nParticipation in the Reconnect program is automatic for all Travelers registered on Ecobnb who make bookings at eco-friendly Accommodations or complete other actions outlined in the program, such as leaving reviews or subscribing to the newsletter.<\/p>\n\n
\nAccumulated points can be converted into Ecobnb Gift Cards as indicated on the Reconnect page. Gift Cards can only be used for bookings on Ecobnb by entering the code at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
\nReconnect points are valid for two years from the date of assignment. Points not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.<\/p>\n
\nIn case of a booking cancellation, points related to that stay will not be awarded. Ecobnb reserves the right to modify or suspend the Reconnect program at any time, notifying users through the platform.<\/p>\n
