Casa Santel, owned by the Municipality of Terre d'Adige, is surrounded by green meadows and woods, is located in the Municipality of Fai della Paganella in Santel at 1125 m. It can be reached on foot, following the comfortable forest road for 600 m, which starts from the lift facilities of Fai della Paganella 2001, or by car or minibus along the forest road which takes you along the main road, about 600 m after the parking of the lifts. of Fai.

MANAGEMENT:
Casa Santel is managed by Alessandro Marsilli of Albatros S.r.l. which has had more than 30 years of experience in the educational and naturalistic educational field and by the School Tourism Association in Trentino.

WELCOME: the structure can accommodate up to 42 people for the overnight stay and up to 50 in the dining area. It is an eco-friendly structure, which has as its objective the respect and care of the environment, both as nature and as animal world. This is why many of our guests require our experiential activities in nature, to learn about the environment by learning, browsing and having fun. We organize night outings with scientific equipment, excursions, slow walks in contact with nature, forest bathing, information evenings on fauna, large carnivores, birdlife and mountain landscape with beautiful images. The cost of teaching activities is defined on the basis of the specific request.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Casa Santel is an example of sustainable architecture, ITACA certified with LED lights, pellet and wood boiler, photovoltaic system and furnished with the use of materials such as natural wood and water paints, heating is throughout the floor structure and there is also a ventilation system. Inaugurated in June 2013, it looks almost new, it is also rash.

All rooms are with windows, with natural wood flooring and furniture and mezzanine at man height, reachable with a comfortable wooden ladder. They have 6 single wooden beds each, some of which are bunk beds and 2 always positioned on the mezzanine, bedside tables, 3 wardrobes, hangers, wooden table with 4 chairs and bench. Each room has a tiled bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
