Our natural cuisine is managed by an innovative team that will spoil you with a wide range of aromas, colour, and nutritiously-rich seasonal ingredients. You will find a 100% organic plant-based food and health-promoting beverage menu with an Italian touch, sourced locally and sustainably. We believe in the wisdom of nature and the perfect qualities of its gifts. We keep our kitchen wheat-free, replace refined sugar with vegetable malts and dried fruit. We season exclusively with natural sea salt and fresh herbs from our own garden. Raw creations, grilled veggies, fruit cakes, crispy breads or pastas - all freshly homemade from scratch. Because we love it that way.
Ah, if wine is your thing, we will surprise you with natural wines full of character from small producers such as ourselves. We believe in products from local farmers and often use ingredients from our own agricultural project in Tuscany. We always count on sustainable and fair resources. We contribute with our own responsibility.

Green is also our furniture. Natural floors and beds where you can dream in fairtrade organic cotton, tencel sheets and biodegradable mattresses. We have stocked up your bathroom with natural and vegan cosmetics. The hotel laundry is done using vegan, environmentally friendly substances. Our electricity does not come from atomic power, we use sun to heat our water. We run a zero-waste kitchen. Best hotel ever, vegan food is like a starred restaurant, best vegan dinner and breakfast we've ever ate. The hotel is located in a place like a forest and the environment is so calm so you can relax. The room is really really beautiful and there is a splendid view out of the balcony.
Place for bikers electric and not. Spectacular street.
