Rooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, while on the ground floor are the spaces shared with other guests and open to the public (open from Wednesday afternoon to Sunday evening)

The location is perfect for visiting Asolo, Bassano del Grappa and for reaching La Madonna del Covolo, the starting point of the paths that cross the Grappa.

The villa was originally an Armenian novitiate, which explains the size of the rooms and the shared bathrooms. After years of neglect it has been brought back to life and filled with unique colors and details, without losing its original style. Everything has been furnished with simplicity and style, recovering old furniture, bringing attention to reuse and recycling. You will breathe the history that surrounds the structure, but also the desire to bring it back to life.

From 2020 the associative part of the villa is open, which includes the restaurant, the laboratory of various artists, the ceramic laboratory, the rehearsal room and the recording studio, the forge for the restoration of vintage motorcycles. To access it you need to be registered, which can be done on site.
