We are a small farm and farm in Varese Ligure first certified organic village in Italy. We offer hospitality
L'Origano farmhouse is located in a green and sunny valley, in the countryside but at the same time just a few kilometers from the village of Varese Ligure, the first certified organic village in Europe.
We have 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with private bathroom with shower. You can access two of the rooms through a shared hallway: these are the ideal solution for accommodating parents with children.
In our restaurant you can have breakfast or, on request, also the other meals of the day.
In our menus we mainly offer traditional Ligurian recipes, but not only, using as much as possible our company products (vegetables, fruit, honey, eggs, oil, jams, mushrooms) or organic farms in our area.
The outdoor garden is shaded by a large grape pergola, as well as the terrace for access to the rooms.
In the vast lawn below we have built a wooden stage for the practice of Yoga with our teacher. According to us, practicing here in the midst of nature is a wonderful way to get in touch and reconcile with the Madreterra. But it's still a perfect area for anyone for walks, games, or just to relax.
We also have a free parking area.
It is possible to access public transport (bus) from nearby Varese Ligure, a historic "round village" of medieval origin with a wonderful castle that can be visited.
From here, in 35-50 minutes by car, you can reach all the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Ligurian Levante: Portofino, Sestri Levante, Levanto, Le Cinque Terre, Portovenere. For this reason, the Origano agritourism is a valid alternative accommodation solution for those wishing to visit during the day these famous tourist destinations without renouncing the pleasure of cool evenings under the banner of tranquility and good food.
