Casa le Rote is a beautiful farmhouse built in stone, which is surrounded by beautiful nature which makes it an ideal place to spend unforgettable moments of relaxation.
The cottage is divided into two and the apartment house Le Rote is upstairs and is an integral part of the house but completely independent. E 'consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living room that need gives us the possibility to offer room for two more people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed and the ability to put a single bed in the case that guests are either 3 or even 5. in front there is a beautiful stone terrace of ca. 100 square meters available to guests, offering a spectacular view across the valley.
House Le Rote is ca.7 km from Poppi, a medieval town in the heart of Casentino, and is only accessible by car. From Poppi there are public services both for Florence, Arezzo and the other countries of the Valley.
The Casentino is first of all Nature, with the Casentino Forest Park on the Adriatic side of the valley and the plateau of Pratomagno on the Tuscan side. These landscapes are so different from each other offer splendid opportunities for guided excursions or by themselves in nature in all seasons. There are many places of great spiritual value such as the two monasteries of Camaldoli and La Verna, in addition to the Parish of Romena. The Poppi Castle is only the most important among the historical monuments to visit. Many are the events that are organized throughout the year in a rich calendar of events of all types. Obviously it is not to forget the good Tuscan cuisine that offers the valley in the many restaurants and inns. The Casentino is famous for its wild mushrooms and game.
The proximity to the most important Tuscan art cities can be integrated to a natural program of cultural visits such as Florence - 45km, Arezzo - 45km, or even Cortona and Lake Bolsena.
For those who love Golf Course is a beautiful 9-hole course in Poppi, which is being expanded to reach the 18-hole course. There are 3 swimming pools in the vicinity, various rivers for swimming in nature, and many other opportunities to play sports than to just walk.

Delizioso appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort in un contesto assolutamente suggestivo per chi cerca natura e tranquillità, lontano dai rumori e dal traffico cittadino. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Apprezzatissimi dalle mie figlie i diversi giochi da tavola messi a disposizione per trascorrere del tempo in famiglia. Assolutamente da consigliare.
