Twenty one km by mountain-bike, foot or horseriding, that connect Langhirano to Parma and viceversa, passing through Traversetolo and Montechiarugolo. This itinerary along the river Parma, 90% far from the street traffic, goes from Lesignano to Parma, through the municipal areas of Traversetolo and Montechiarugolo.

It's the Voladora, a 21 km path of about 200 meters og height difference. It connects the localities of Mulino di Arnano (Badia Cavana), Mulazzano Ponte, Lesignano Bagni, Santa Maria del Piano, Mamiano, Basilicanova, Marano (water basin of the Parma river), alternating white roads, asphalted municipal roads and a part on the banks. Along the whole itinerary there are emergency panels for help.
