The Koren Campsite in Kobarid is one of the most beautiful campsites in the Soča Valley and is the only four-star campsites in this part of the valley. It is located on terraces covered with forest directly above the Soča River where it spreads over approximately 4000 square meters. It can accept 280 guests in the campsite itself and 36 guests in its wooden eco chalets, an option for those who prefer a solid roof over their head. The Koren Campsite has a long tradition in ecotourism and was one of the first Slovene campsites to be awarded the EU Eco-label, the European certificate for environmental tourism. All accommodations are open throughout the year so you can come and enjoy yourself anytime.
The Koren Campsite was ranked by the Cool Camping tourist guide as one of the top 20 destinations in Europe for nature and camping. We are also recommended by the largest European guide ADAC, as well as by the renowned British camping guide Alan Rogers, who selected our campsite as the winner of the Rented Accommodation Award 2010 thanks to the top-quality accommodation of our chalets.
