Our spacious R&B Pet, Bike, & Eco-Friendly, called "TOLASUDOLSA" (in Parmesan dialect: take it easy), is located at 830 meters above sea level on the Parma Apennines.
We are immersed in absolute greenery, far from everything. The experience and atmosphere will be very familiar with the pleasure of falling asleep in the evening and waking up in the morning with the sounds of the woods, wild animals and the mountains. Traditional cuisine is home-made, non-local, genuine and an attempt is made to satisfy a type of tourism that is more respectful of the environment, economy and community, especially local ones (eco-kitchen, anti-waste, KM 0, self-production, etc.).
The main entrance is divided to enter the P / T, where Valeria and Giorgio, the owners, and the R&B located at the P / 1 reside. Here are the 3 simple, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a large common dining room and the complete bathrooms which are external to the rooms but immediately next to them.
Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the house. Some cats live with Giorgio and Valeria who are free to move outside as well, therefore the presence of any pets must be agreed at the time of booking. The owners are available, agreeing on arrival time in the structure, to deliver the keys so that the guests are autonomous and can return at the desired time
DURING THE WINTER SEASON BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY WITH 48H MINIMUM OF ADVANCE IN RESPECT OF CHECK-IN and FOR MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS or FOR 1 NIGHT BUT MINIMUM 2 ROOMS
WHAT TO DO - The area and the structure are easily reachable from the main northern cities and the location is ideal for day trips to Lunigiana-Tuscany, the Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante and / or Chiavari for a day at the beach even in winter , in Parma and Bologna or to visit the Castles and Villages of the area. It is also possible to practice sports such as MOUNTAINBIKE, ENDURO MOTORCYCLE, TREKKING, TRAILRUNNING, HORSE RIDING, SNOWSHOES, SLEEDOGS, NORDIC SKIING AND CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
The area is renowned for the Borgo Val di Taro IGP porcini mushroom, for the Valceno truffle and for the delicious and delicious mountain food and wine, with dishes that are influenced by the Parma, Ligurian and Tuscan regions.
NEARBY - The WWF Oasis of the Ghirardi, 5km away, is spread over 600 hectares of meadows, woods and streams. It is the home of countless species of animals, plants and mushrooms; it hosts very rare habitats and an enchanting landscape. and constantly changes with the passing of the seasons. Every day the Oasis can be freely visited on foot by accessing from the Costa dei Rossi (Albareto) or Porcigatone (Borgotaro)

Inside and outside of the house is no-smoking area. With Valeria & Giorgio live some cats that are free to move even outside so the presence of other pets must be agreed at the time of booking. The owner are available, agreeing arrival time in structure, to hand over the keys so that the guests are independent and can return at a desired time.
