A rural house surrounded by the Umbrian countryside, among ancient abbeys, pristine forests and cities.
A farmhouse just outside the village of Pietrafitta, near Perugia, immersed in the green countryside halfway between the pristine forests of Fontana, accompanied by the slow flow of water Petroso, and the Abbey of the Seven Friars, fascinating Benedictine abbey delll'XI century.
The B & B is set in an old farmhouse restored respecting the environment and enhancing the beauty of the original stone.
Guests have 5 apartments of different types, equipped with all the comforts, including wireless connection, fully furnished:
Apartment "Salvia", one bedroom apartment (m. 50)
Apartment "Lavender", trilocale (m. 70)
Apartment "Basil", two-room apartment with facilities for those with walking difficulties (m. 70)
Apartment "Saffron", three-room apartment, located on the first floor (m. 92)
Apartment "Cinnamon", three-room apartment, located on the first floor (m. 82)
The apartments are provided with bed linen, table, towels changed weekly on Saturday mornings plus some essential materials (salt, sugar, washing up liquid, etc.)
Available on request, cribs, cots, etc.
The small pets are welcome if notified when booking, in exchange for a small contribution.
Guests have the opportunity to have free use of the washing machine (once a week), the iron and the dryer (in winter). These facilities are available in the laundry room made available to our guests.
At guests' disposal also mountain bikes (to be requested when booking) to explore the area on two wheels, the welcome basket and the use of the outdoor grill.
The B & B is the perfect starting point to discover the Lake Trasimeno, with its lush, its three islands (Polvese, Major and Minor) and a variety of sports. You can explore the delights of local food and wine, truffles, olive oil dop, chocolates ... Do not miss the Oil Road DOP that crosses the magnificent hills of Lake Trasimeno.

Un luogo incantevole e tranquillo in una posizione strategica per visitare l'Umbria e la Toscana. L'appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e arredato con gusto. Milena è una padrona di casa impeccabile e ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti utili.Ci ha anche organizzato una degustazione di vini presso la bellissima azienda agricola dei vicini. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Ho soggiornato al Piccolo noce per due notti insieme a mio marito. Il Piccolo noce non è solo un'ottima casa vacanza, ma un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso immersa nel verde della campagna e tenuta benissimo dai proprietari. Pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti, appartamento delizioso arredato con gusto e un giardino molto curato dove potersi rilassare.
I proprietari sono molto cordiali e attenti ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissima!!!!

Appartamento bellissimo fornito di tutto nei minimi dettagli, ottima la posizione, la signora Milena gentilissima e disponibile a dare informazioni su cosa fare nei dintorni. Un elogio particolare per la pulizia accuratissima.
