The hotel retains the original shape and beauty of the old buildings on which it develops: the old bank, the old town, the public oven and the Watchtower. Seven rooms, each dedicated to a natural fiber: Hemp, Silk, Linen, jute, wool and cotton, and in the realization in the Tower Room. In the rooms there are books on Umbria, the TV there and once you have the impression that the inhabitants of the village for a while '.
The castle is located in the heart of Umbria, in the land of wine and oil. Between Rome, Florence and the nearby towns of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi, Norcia, Spoleto and Todi.
Here history and nature merge contemporary design and old furniture left to suggest the long work time.

This was a wonderful stay. The accommodations suited our girls trip. It is deep into the Umbria region where they do not speak English or cater to the English language. The restaurant across the street, seemingly with a connection to the castle, was the best food we had on our trip. Be prepared to translate the menu though. Breakfast was simple but enough to get your day started. We would highly recommend a special trip out to the country to stay in this authentic castle.

Camera simpatica, grande, confortevole, accogliente, con aromaterapia e possibilità di preparare personalmente tante tisane. Silenziosissima. Proprietario simpatico, serio e preparato con protensione al dialogo. Nessun formalismo ed estrema educazione per tutto il personale. Pulizia impeccabile. Luogo molto interessante e per nulla scontato. Colazione con dolci fatti in casa personalmente dal proprietario. Niente bevande automatizzate. Perfetto per un bel soggiorno anche lungo.

Non posso che dare una valutazione positiva. Il proprietario Fortunato è stato disponibile, e ci ha consigliato i borghi da visitare in zona, e anche il ristorante per la sera (tra l’altro molto buono).
La stanza era pulita e molto ampia.
A colazione abbiamo trovato i dolci (torte e crostate) di Fortunato.. spettacolari!

E'stata veramente una bellissima esperienza. Appena arrivati abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Fortunato. La camera che ci è stata assegnata (stanza della canapa) era veramente confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ottima la colazione servita alla mattina nel rivellino con torte molto buone e gustose! Sicuramente una struttura da consigliare!

Stupenda accoglienza! La camera della Seta è veramente molto bella con un bagno speciale. La posizione è ottimale e il contesto è veramente fantastico.
