Graziosa casa rossa circondata da boschi e prati, dove pascolano le pecore “di famiglia”.
Il podere Gumo, le cui origini risalgono alla fine del Settecento, é stato ristrutturato con gran cura dai padroni di casa, che hanno mantenuta intatta la tipica architettura contadina ligure e che vi abitano stabilmente.
Vicino alla casa padronale sorge la casetta destinata agli ospiti: dotata di tutte le moderne comodità, non ha perso il calore della casa di campagna. All'interno il bagno, un ampio salotto, la cucina e due camere da letto con incantevole vista sulla vallata.
La camera matrimoniale invece si trova nella parte pi ù “antica” della casa e si affaccia su un vasto terrazzo in pietra con vista sull’intera vallata del Vara.
La proprietà, di 27 ettari, che si trova nella valle del Vara, sconosciuta ai più, di incomparabile bellezza e scarsamente abitata, é stata destinata interamente alla cultura biologica.
Il Gumo é un ottimo campo-base per raggiungere le Cinque Terre, Levanto, Bonassola e Sestri Levante, mentre nelle sue vicinanze é possibile praticare il nuoto in piscina, il tennis, l'equitazione e sport fluviali come il rafting, la canoa, il torrentismo e l'idrospeed.
In autunno si possono raccogliere i funghi.
Sono accettati animali domestici.
Si parlano inglese, francese.
E' disponibile un servizio di lavanderia.
