Our company is located in the pre-park of the "Regional Park of Maremma" also known as "Park of Maremma", a protected area more interesting and evocative of Tuscany, immersed in the countryside: a little corner of paradise, for usually escape from the daily chaos, to spend in a simple and genuine a pleasant and relaxing alternative holiday.
In your stay you can enjoy the peace and tranquility that only the countryside can offer, spending your days in harmony, rediscovering the values and habits of farmers combined with moments of light-heartedness now forgotten, not to mention the immediate vicinity of the park, famous for its landscape of undeniable beauty.
The location of the Farm "Il Migliarino" is ideal as it is situated a few kilometers from the sea and the city's major tourist attraction of our coast. In fact, being close to the road Aurelia, it will be easy for you to reach your favorite destinations. It is less than 5 minutes from the town of Rispescia, a small village, where you can find a range of services including, ATM, kiosk, supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacco shop, pizzeria, restaurant and a church.
In company of more than 22 hectares are cultivated about 400 olive trees that provide high-quality extra virgin olive oil IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) and a beautiful vineyard which produces excellent wines, there are also vegetables, fruits and poultry. We will offer warmth, hospitality and serene atmosphere that will accompany you throughout your stay. Upon your arrival you will be received cakes, pies and homemade cookies.
The farmhouse Il Migliarino for greater environmental protection uses solar panels for hot water supply; the lighting is made of energy-saving lamps and in every apartment there are systems of rationalization of water consumption, of course without causing discomfort to the guests.
